I am trying to get Bitdefender standard 8.0 silent, but the old switches from Bitdefender 7.2 do not seem to work. The old switches are: msiexec /i 'r: bitdefender bdstandard.msi' /qb- REBOOT=Suppress' Regrettably the silent install stops after doing a automatic scan for virusses. You then have to click on 'Close' to make it proceed. Sep 24, 2015 Add a command step (remove the default install step) and put the uninstall string (with silent parameters) in the command field. You can copy and paste the string found in PDQ Inventory and then add the silent parameters for that application. (MsiExec.exe is one exception where PDQ Inventory will already have those silent parameters supplied.). Bitdefender, like other antivirus tools, is more than just an antivirus that quietly protects your PC. Install Bitdefender and you’ll get a password manager, separate web browser, and a variety of other notifications and advertisements you might not want to see.
hi all,
I am having issues deploying an application via SCCM Current Branch.
Manually running either of the 2x script versions below or by scheduling a task works perfectly. However when trying to push via SCCM it goes kind of half-way but never completes [it uninstalls Windows Firewall Config Provider and extracts the Bitdefender files, but never runs it]
SCCM pushes the following files to the ccmcahe folder:
